Free-Look Period

At Saphyre Solutions, we follow the legal requirements for insurance contracts in Minnesota and North Dakota by offering a Free Look period. This period allows you time to review and decide if your new policy meets your needs.

In Minnesota:

• You have at least 10 days to review new policies.
• For replacement policies, you have 30 days. Both periods start when the policy is delivered to you.

In North Dakota:

• You have at least 10 days after receiving your new policy to review it.

During this Free Look period, you can cancel your policy for a full refund of any premiums paid. To cancel, simply send us a written notice with your policy number, your name, and contact details. Be sure to return the original policy documents.

You can send this to our Policy Cancellation Department at the address provided. Once we receive your cancellation and documents, we will process your refund, usually within 10 business days.

This process follows Minnesota Statute 59A.03 and North Dakota Century Code Title 26.1-33-02.1, protecting your right to cancel your policy without any penalties.
